Sonimus Satson Vst X86 X64
sonimus satson is a fantastic channel strip for console emulation. i have been using sonimus for years now and i can say that this is one of the best channel strips. sason on the other hand is a cool channel strip that i play with lots of effects.
this is the best i have ever used. im a huge console aficionado and i have tried several channel strips in the past, but satson channel strip takes the cake. if you are on the fence about this channel strip, just go for it. you wont be disappointed.
i am always trying to find the best way to keep my cost low and at the same time i always want as many of the best plugins as possible. i’ve been using sonimus plugins for years. because they are plugins that i could never find in any packager i decided to make my own. i’m a power user and couldnt find one that did what i needed that was both affordable and useful so i built my own.
the satson is my go to plugin for creating character through audio processing. it’s a great tool for adding a bit of character to your mixes. it’s easy to use and very versatile. the presets are well thought out and easy to navigate. i’ve been using it for a long time and it’s a great addition to any template.
designed to emulate a console-based workflow (including metering, saturation, stereo crosstalk, and trim), satson will help you mix faster and better. our satson plugin features a carefully modeled and calibrated vu meter, high quality high-pass / low-pass filters, and analog console-like saturation (including stereo crosstalk).
i already had the britson plugin featuring on every channel of my template. acquiring the satson was just a matter of time. although i havent yet all its features, the overall quality of the resulting sound seems to share the quality of other sonimus plugins.
if theres any criticism to the satson, is the lack of numerical display when twisting the knobs.
awesome channel strip. the dsp section is top-notch and the ui is terrific. i liked the early days of sonimus and the sonic quality of their plugins, but they’ve fallen a bit short of their quality earlier in the year. this plugin, however, is a true gem. i just wish the individual plug-in names were a bit more descriptive. e.g. eq or preamp. i can’t believe how good this plugin is. even though the others are old and not as good, i would still buy this one. i like the fact that it’s all modular, and you can hear the different “rooms” in the dsp room. the gui is very good, and controls for all the settings are very easy to manipulate. i like the fact that the presets are saved and that the gui can be reset. i’d love to see a really good equalizer in the satson, but other than that, i like this plug-in a lot. i’ve used it on many projects, and it’s always been a great plug-in. i’m using this plugin in a number of projects and it’s working pretty well. the dsp module is quick and the gui is easy to use. the presets are well labelled and you can load and save your own sets of settings. i only wish there were more presets, but i understand that sonimus is limited by the actual hardware that the plugins are based on. if you are looking for a plug-in that sounds good, delivers a quality sound and has lots of presets, then this is the one for you. a little more than what’s advertised on the web site, but it still does the job. i like the small graphic. mixing with satson: easy and pleasant combine satson with the gain control to achieve the right gain staging for your mix. the gain control has settings from -20 dbfs to +10 dbfs. 5ec8ef588b
